Held on the April 26 2007, the second event of Spring '07 proved to be a big hit, with over 30 students showing up.
The menu for the evening included:

(Nine-layered cake)
Curry Pok
(Curry potato puff)
Ang Tao Sa
(Red bean desert)
Michael Jackson
(Soy bean milk with grass jelly)
Lemon Dragon
(Sprite with longan)
Not only did the students get to enjoy delicious food, they also got a chance to learn more about the origins of the exotic food and to appreciate the rich Malaysian and Indonesian cultures.
